Workshops for your team
Let us help upgrade your team’s culture and bring your athletes closer by clearing obstacles and building lasting strength so they can perform at their best. A typical package includes 4 team sessions, 2 coach meetings, and 2 captain meetings — but we can customize for your program’s needs. Let's build what works for your team.

Personal growth workshops
Our workshops are open to anyone looking to connect, learn, and grow. These one- to four-hour sessions help you build skills that benefit you on and off the field—and look great on a resume. Youth voices have been at the heart of our mission from the start. Our leadership team meets 6–8 times a year, building community while advocating for mental health and wellness.
